JVS Landscaping, Inc Consultation Fees

Professional Consultation with Landscape Expert:

$55 per hour
$45 per hr thereafter
$55 minimum- paid on site

Includes:

• Identifying trees, shrubs and plants
• Pointing out suggestions for pruning and annual planting
• Analyzing landscape and diagnose plant problems and insect problems

This does not include a written quote just suggestions

Professional Consultation with Landscape Designer:

$75 minimum
$65 per hour thereafter- paid on site

Meet on site and go over project in detail and other aesthetic enhancements Address all needs, wants and dreams ( ideas) This does not include a written quote just suggestions

To obtain a design when just choosing the above we will need to do one of the following:

Digital Landscape Plan I:

• Provide a digital image of a new landscape, including before and after photos.
• Color images on 8" x 11" paper
• Price includes one set of revisions and a Preliminary Plant List
• One photo is $195, a second design (alt option) for same area $95, or $95 for each add'l landscape area
• We will provide digital photos, plan north, client plant list preference, any dislikes, and general instructions
• Any meeting (phone or on-site) with the client or prospect for any purpose will be billed at $50 per hour.
• One-hour minimum will be charged. After one hour, billed in 1/2 hour increments.

This hourly rate will also apply to any estimate or hand sketch (not to scale) work necessary Digital Landscape Plan I fee will be prorated into your proposal if we are contracted to perform the job. 50% Deposit is required

Digital Landscape Plan II
from ($90 per hr) Digital Photo Only

$475 for one digital photo plan on high photo quality paper w/detailed hand sketch

$265 and up each digital photo thereafter

• Address all needs, wants and dreams
• Digital Image- incl. before and after (considered one photo)
• Detailed Hand Sketch drawing
• Quote to do work
• Revisions are billed hourly
• Combined 40 years experience with Joe and Giovanni Diaz

• Warranty on Plant material
• General Care Instructions
• No guess work. You see your project in FULL COLOR

Digital Landscape Plan III
detailed computerized overview plan in place of detailed hand sketch $650, $265 and up each digital photo thereafter
