contracts provide you with additional services at a lower overall

Customers who have contracted our services for a year or more
enjoy a higher priority listing on our routes. Uncontrollable
situations like rain delays cause schedules to get backed up
and can delay service to your property. Contract customers receive
a higher priority when we reroute our customers to assure all
lawns are taken care of during the week.
Contracts help with budgeting. You will know exactly how much
you owe each month and when the bill is due. They allow us to
keep our pricing as low as possible. Contracts run for one, three,
and five years and provide you with discounts for non contracted
services you may desire from time to time.
Commercial Accounts:
A commercial account requires special handling and JVS understands
this. We work directly with the property or facilities manager
to help you realize the goals for the property while staying
within your budget.
Commercial accounts are typically scheduled based on the type
of business. Office parks and professional properties are scheduled
early in the week so they look their best when you come in on
Monday morning. Industrial clients are typically scheduled during
the middle of the week and at times we are not in the way of
deliveries and shipments. When maintaining Condominiums and Apartment
Complexes, we recommend a floating schedule to keep the grounds
looking manicured through out the entire week.
We try our best to understand your business so we can design
a program that meets your needs and allows us to arrive at the
property before it looks like it is overdue for service. The

lives in the home or has relocated caring for the lawn is a job

We provide weekly or twice a week service to any property listed
for sale and will bill either the listing agency or the homeowner.
Many of our Real Estate Agency clients contract with us for the
homeowner as an added perk to their listing offer.
In addition to caring for the property, our crews are on site
on a regular basis and can alert you of items you might need
to be aware. On more the one occasion we have been there to direct
eventual buyers to the selling agent, and are viewed as an impartial
third party when asked about the neighborhood. You provide us
with information you would liked passed along and we gladly pass
it along when approached.
